Unfortunately was not such good experience for us, now stuck with a new garage door which was not something we initially wanted. We found the supplier while at the Auckland Homeshow, was prompt with follow up. But once we confirmed our interest, the salesperson was very busy, late with responses and changed our requirements specified in an email in the final invoice sent through without reconfirming with us, which we unfortunately signed and confirmed back. After having the door installed, we noticed the front finish was not what we had wanted and advised the salesperson (who 100% denied the mistake made) how unhappy we were with the door, wasn't even offered a discount off the final payment and to top it all off, was threatened to withhold the garage remote until we made our balance payment. The actual quality of the door and the motor is good (which can be sourced from many other installers), but would warn to be very careful with every detail if dealing with this company.

Fast service to repair a broken sectional door late on Friday afternoon.  No guessing when replacing the main spring - carefully calculated and I think they may have solved a long term problem we had.  Highly recommended
