NEVER use this unprofessional, rude bunch of "rip-off" merchants! We called them (as their address was local) to fix a hinge on our fridge door. We gave them the details so they could bring the part and fix it in one visit. Logical right?!... The tradie came, had a look for a couple of minutes and said he'd book another time to come back with the hinge and fix it!! Absolute waste of time... They said they wanted $92 for the call-out fee!!...We then texted several times to follow them up - (our fridge was getting harder and harder to shut) but no response. Then we received a text threatening us with debt collection!!! We immediately text the number back - no response. So, we called several times but when we got through and asked "what are you doing sending that? you didn't fix anything or get back to us and in the end our fridge door broke so we bought a new one" they just hung up! We kept ringing on different numbers and the same thing happened time and time again! We left messages on their office line but still no response. In our opinion- this is the worst customer experience ever and they don't deserve to be in business. Making money through these type of shady business practices is appalling. Lesson learnt!

We completely with @Ruth, AB Services turned up at exactly the agreed time to quote the job to repair the dishwasher that I broke. Then the next day also exactly on time to effect the repair with parts that fitted our budget, and good advice around how much to spend. And then even more good advice on what brands to replace said old but now properly and well repaired dishwasher. Thanks, will trade again, when I break the next lump of whiteware. Although, this has been a lesson and I will not go near the washing machine from now on. Although the beer is in the fridge, so I will go near that. But not the dishwasher.

I phoned AB because my washing machine had packed up - disaster! Alex agreed to come round the same day and get me sorted. He turned up at the agreed time, and took a look at the sad old washer. Certain death was the verdict, but so refreshing to have a tradesman who is so efficient and so prompt and who didn't keep me waiting all day! and he knew his stuff! I would definitely use AB services again - 100% recommend them!
