After talking to Frank, on the phone, about our balcony problem, he was out to see me the very next day.

I had spoken to a number of contractors and companies and no one would come to talk to me about the job, without a payment.

Frank was upfront, honest and straight forward about the problem and the remedy and was able to quote within a day, also out lineing other issues that may arise once the job started so we were left in no doubt what work needed doing and what the cost would be.

The team turned up two days after accepting of the quote and started straight away.
The work last 4 weeks. The team were freindly, courteous and kept us advised all the way on what was happening.

The work completed on budget and the place was left as clean as possible.

I would recommend Gareth and Franks team for any building work you may have.
I know I will be calling them again when I start some other renovations.

~”I came across ABML via one of their voucher promotions and snapped it up to take advantage of the savings on the job I had coming up.  Stacy and I had set a date to be wed at home and with ABML being so busy with voucher bookings the time was counting down.

ABML quoted to remove the partition wall between my kitchen and lounge to create an open space living area with a huge designer kitchen and to demolish and rebuild my deck with permanent seating and 3 sets of stairs.

They got the job underway with three weeks to our wedding date and at that point I was concerned about them not finishing in time, even though they assured me there was nothing to worry about.

Two weeks passed by like a flash and they were already up to the finishing stages of completing the job. The kitchen now looks absolutely stunning and Stacy and I were able to enjoy our special day together with family in our wonderfully finished home.
