HEALTH HAZARD: AIRBORNE TOXIC BLACK MOULD SPORE – LEAKY HOMES

LEAKY HOMES: Toxic airborne black mould spore; health hazard If you suspect your home has a leak that has lead you to question, Do I have a problem? The answer is usually, Yes. Rotting timber in leaky homes will always lead to BLACK MOULD SPORE, once the spore has set in there is NO way to remove it without removing the effected timber. If you have black mould growing on the inside of your walls it is likely you will be familiar with the smell of MILDEW, if this is the case, yours and your families health are already deteriorating as the leaky home BLACK MOULD SPORE is now AIRBORNE and, is now a HEALTH HAZARD.

We have experienced the consequences of black mould exposure in leaky homes first hand with many of our clients enquiries. The worst case we have seen was a bathroom where the spore had taken over and the client entered the room barefooted, consequently the now toxic black mould ate the skin off his feet leaving the soles of his feet raw and once washed, bleeding.

We have all heard about the lung diseases and illnesses that people over the age of 60 would usually suffer from, developing in children between the ages of 5 to 15 years old from being exposed to the airborne mould spore in poorly lined and insulated, damp, leaky home, government state houses, particularly in south Auckland.
