You guys are so much more than just a normal physiotherapist room.  Outstanding service and treatment.  Every step, every appointment everything is explained. Real good guys

I've known Andy and his team at ActivePhysio Albany for almost 6 years.  They are consistently patching me up post squash and golf aches and pains.  I am now doing regular Pilates with them so as to take a more proactive preventative approach to managing the old age process!!

I had some pretty major abdominal surgery and my GP suggested Pilates could be useful.  Then I saw myself reflected in a shop window - as my grandmother!!!  Megan at Active Physio literally brought me back to life! One on one Pilates took me from a weakling to having really respectable core strength - more than I'd probably had before surgery.  The Pilates classes were also really useful (although my brain was well helped by the one on one, as I discovered I hadn't even really breathed properly before) and they were fun too... nice bunch of people there for all sorts of reasons, Most ironically, the day I wound up in surgery was the same day I'd seen Kylie - their podiatrist, who was a wonder at helping me deal with a ripped off toenail, and a constantly nagging knee (orthotics). The two things completely unrelated... except that both Megan and Kylie managed to significantly improve my life - to a value of much more than I paid. Seriously - they are individually and collectively a great team.  Beyond amazing! Go there first.

What can I say, I have know ANDY for a few years and both my sons and a number of the team from FORREST HILL 19 Metro have used Andys services this year with some great results! His communication to COACHING staff is also right up there and the boys have found his articles interesting and helpfull this season. I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! 10/10

Fantastic friendly service and very professional advise and treatment given.  Would use these guys again for sure! They are located in an ideal position on the Shore too!
