Had back and neck issues for years - with a few visits to Active Physio Ellerslie I'm feeling better than ever, and have learnt the skills to make sure I stay this way! Friendly, Efficient and most importantly - effective. 

    After a combination of Physio treatment at Active and Pilates at Pause my knee is now back in working order and I can start training again for the half marathon! Thanks to the team at Active Physio!!

      Really happy with the service here, especially from Anny & reception. They were always on time too which is good when you have to go often :-)
