I have taken the train between Kingsland and Britomart often, and taken citylink, innerlink, and outerlink busses. My experience has been very positive every time, with very friendly staff (especially the bus drivers) and quick notification of any problems (there was once a train delay because of a person being struck earlier in the day and there were employees ready as we walked up to give us details). My only complaint is their website is a bit hard to navigate and their Android app is basically useless, so you do have to get to know the schedules a bit.

i take the train to university everyday, which is convenient and handy. however, prices keep increasing which is difficult while i am a student. services are also sometimes late or cancelled, which is hard as i miss lectures

but the inner city fare has gone up 100% from 50 cents to $1.00 . not so good .

I love how the public transport I have caught has always been on time. The ride is comfortable and I get from A to B with out any problems.

Easy to find the quickest way from a to b.

I have a bus stop opposite my house so I frequently go to the maxx.co.nz website to plan where & when I want to go somewhere.  If I am unsure I can ring Maxx and the very helpful staff explain everything. The journey planner on the website has everything from how far to walk to your nearest bus stop.. where the bus will travel and when, costs, and the return journey. Very handy
