We went to Al Dente for a team-building day.  What a great day!  They served great Italian coffee and homemade biscuits to start with, then straight into it.  Raffaela is an awesome hostess and together with Stephanie they taught us how to make ravioli and tagliatelle from scratch, as well as two really, really good versions of tiramisu.  Once we'd made the ravioli, there was time to sample an Italian wine or 3 whilst they cooked it all for us, then we all sat down to enjoy the fruits of our labours.  Lovely location too.  Highly recommended!
