Good Service

    There is a lady who works here who is just the sweetest person I have ever met! Every time I go in I make sure I only deal with her! She is so lovely and chatty, and just so incredibly genuine! I love the ASB Westy City Branch because of her! :)

      While there is often a queue, the staff at asb west city are fantastic and really offer great service. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

        I've been with ASB all my life and never had any problems. Thier allways freindly and provide free coffee lol. I like using their fast saver accounts with good interest rates and easy access.

          I went into this branch yesterday to pay a fine, and was amazed. What a relaxed, friendly and welcoming feeling. Casual uniforms, smiles everywhere, non threattening teller booths and so very helpful. I am currently with Westpac (have been all my life), but after yesterday am seriously considering switching. Westpac have done nothing for me over the years, except frustrate me. very impressed. Well done ASB.
