A busy place out by Midland Park. They do great food as well as speedy coffees and even wine. An awesome place to catch up before, during and after work.

Coffee magic!

No wimpy trim latte’s here! I respect the stand Astoria makes on what makes a good coffee - their food is also delicious.

Must try :)

Breakfasted here on my last day at Wellington. Very close to the shopping district, if you wanted to do that after. Would be perfect for a date at any time that you wanted. Had sardines on toast, was great. Nice hot chocolate. Recommend!

Great place to grab a drink or a bite to eat

Very nice :)

Good place for lunch during the working week with a selection of soups, paninis, pastas etc. Coffee's good too.

Astoria must be close to being a genuine institution in the Wellington cafe scene.  They've been delivering great food and coffee in a lovely central location for many years now.   One of my favourite things about Astoria (besides the classic big bowl lattes) is the plaza location, which on a sunny Wellington day is a great place to linger and people watch over food, coffee or wine.  A great spot to stop and dwell.
