Just let them run :)

A wonderful open park with spectacular views of the harbour. The winter gardens are a great place to wander around after burning off some energy in the wide open spaces.

Take a lazy walk around the domain and check out the Auckland Museum.

If you ever need a moment for yourself to clear out the head. This is the place I will highly recommend! Coffee is around. Swan pond. And museum!

Inside, sheltered from any potential bad weather, all sorts of beautiful and fragrant plants and flowers bloom inside this ornate glasshouse. The glasshouse is gorgeous and has a king of art deco look to it, with its high curved ceiling. Inside, there are several areas, including a central courtyard with ponds of bright goldfish and Grecian statues. There is also a fernery, which is really relaxing to walk through. Entry is free! Bonus! And if the weather is nice, you have the rest of the Domain to stroll through. Bring some bread and you can feed the birds at the pond. A couple of nice cafes throughout and of course Auckland Museum, which is free to Auckland residents (bring a local library card or a bill with an Auckland address as proof). Lots of options! It is a little breath of fresh air in the middle of the city; lovely to walk through!

One of the great things about this place is that it looks so different every time you go!!! Nothing better than nature's art huh?!?!

Great evening great event what a place to have it

Group F are coming back to the domain for Auckland Arts festival! This is my favorite pyrotechnic team. I haven't seen them in years, but last time I saw them they were incredible! The sky comes alive and the fireworks tell you a store. Definitely worth going to, it will make one hell of a night!

Auckland Domain is the place to be for a picnic all year round! It is especially beautiful in Autumn & Spring and is a popular spot for wedding & engagement photos! Just a beautiful place if you’re looking for a special picnic place with your loved ones or just spending time with the fambam! It is super close to the museum too so head over for some knowledge if you run out of chillaxing ideas at the Domain!

This is a great space. A miss visit for Aucklanders. There is such variety and much to explore and enjoy. Great park, no doubt

The Domain is an incredible place, where you feel like you've stepped out of the city for a moment. There are so many different spaces to explore, like the winter gardens, which are great all year round, a good place to visit in Winter, as they are always warm. They even have some little bush walks, which are really nice, as well as lots of perfect spots for picnics and tree climbing. The museum is also located here, so you can make a whole day of it.
