Once you join, one of our trainers will assess your health and fitness, then work with you to develop a tailored exercise programme to help you on your journey, absolutely free.
You’ll also get a kick start, with 5 free sessions with your own instructor. After a health assessment, they’ll take you through your exercise programme. In your next session, you’ll review this programme and extend it, to keep your fitness moving forward. Next you’ll be taken through your personal nutrition needs so you can learn a bit about how best to nourish your body.  The final session will help you assess your goals and plan your next programme.

Mon/Weds 5.30am-6.30am, 7.30am-3.30pm, 6.30pm- 9.00pm
Tues/ Thurs 5.30am-6.30am, 8.00am- 3.30pm, 6.30pm- 9.00pm
Fri 5.30am-6.30am, 7.30am- 3.30pm, 6.30pm- 8.00pm
Sat/ Sun 9.00am- 5.00pm
