Lovely food - good prices. Great coffee. Fast services. Most friendly and helpful staff. What more could you ask for!!!! This has to be the best place we have been to over the Xmas New Year period. And that’s quite a few! Thank you for being a good kiwi cafe !

This place has really improved, was this the new management?

Everything was more than up to standard, the coffee, food, service and had a great vibe and ambience. I most definitely recommend Barefoot in the Bay!!

My partner & I stopped off here for a late lunch last week.  I had the chicken & mushroom filo and she had the quesdillas.  Good service, good food, great prices. Also excellent iced coffee (my partner insisted the best she'd had) & a berry smoothie.  In fact best I've had in Auckland.  

Went here on a Sunday morning for brunch. Ordered two breakfast 25 minutes later the breakfast still hadn’t come checked with the waitress and the breakfasts were cooked but forgotten. So the semi-warm breakfast was served to us. For the money paid the eggs had too much oil everything was cold!!

Came here on a whim on a public holiday as not much else was open. we didnt get very good service as soon as we walked in, took a while for a greeting and menus etc. the coffee was great but it came AFTER our food arrived. The place was busy but not hectic. Coffee was large, hot and strong, perfect. The food was pretty standard breakfast food, not overly tasty but did the job. To be honest, the quality of the food was lacking compared to the price. Would be back for coffee though. 

Great coffee and super friendly staff, what else could you possibly need after dropping the kids off to school for the day!  

Having no cafes in Green Bay, Blockhouse Bay is a good alternative to crowded, parking space-challenged Titirangi. Barefoot in the park offers a good breakfast selection. The coffee is great. They also have lunch and dinner but we haven't tried that yet. They also have live music regularly. Time to check it out.

Barefoot is a coffee shop, cafe & bar which serves a fantastic range of freshly baked homemade  goodies. Their eggs benedict is the best - it's the bacon they use, it's wonderful.  They have a very good range of choices changed often. Great coffee & best of all, booze to go with it if you feel so inclined...what better than a bubbly brunch or boozey bagel...
