These are the best tapas you will find in Auckland. This place oozes laid back wine drinking charm, with friendly staff who can help guide you through the menu. Perfect for a Winter night.

    Very small portions of food, but tastes soooo amazing. the cuttlefish in particular was exceptional.

      Without a doubt, this is the best place in Auckland to have tapas. Hidden off the main strip in the Lumsden area of Newmarket, this is a must find. The owner is the chef and the food shows that he cares. Amazing flavours, superb staff, just an overall excellent experience.

        We visited this busy little restaurant in the back streets of New Market on a cold Wednesday night. As soon as we arrived the welcome was warm and thorough! A wine list of only Spanish Wines was presented but our blank faces clearly showed we were not so knowledgeable in this department and the Sommelier asked us our preferences. She chose wines for us, offered a taster and then full glasses topped up - both were a total success. We ordered 6 plates between two plus a dessert and were very full by the end. Stand out dish is the Serrano Ham and Manchego croquettes.. Delicious. And we couldn't go past the churros with the bitter chocolate suace! Definitely worth its Top 50 Metro rating!
