We moved away fromBNZ when we got our mortgage, wish we'd stayed.  Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff, good internet site and everything works properly. Can't say the same of other banks. If only they'd offer us a good mortgage we'd be back in a shot!

    I had my share of banks the past, and before signing up to BNZ i thought all were the same... i couldnt have been more far frm the truth, the friendly banking adviser there, short guy with glasses (i cant for the life of me remember his name)... but he showed me everything i needed to know and had it all sorted for me within a short visit, even debit cards for all our accounts sorted too and life insurance at a fraction of th cost it was going to cost us elsewhere... we are now proud BNZ customers.

      It's not very often I will compliment a bank on their service but BNZ Browns Bay are the best!
