All my wife wanted to set up a simple savings account. After trying two other banks  ... "it will take an hour" from one...plenty of "I don't knows" from the other, my wife found the St Lukes branch of the BNZ a refreshing surprise... they listened with a smile. How hard is that. I know she was impressed ... she wouldn't stop talking about the people and the service.

    I enjoy popping in there to make deposits into little Miss Four's account. The staff are very friendly.

      Handy little pop in bank in the mall.  Only available for certain facilities ( they don't have tellers) like discussing loans ( too much shopping in St Lukes perhaps??) . Nice staff, reasonable sized store but would prefer a teller and money services as well.
