I love supporting local businesses and my dealings with Bronco Sports in Tauranga on Christmas Eve reminded me why. The staff member - who was probably one of the owners - was polite and knowledgeble when I rang to see if the store sold tent pegs. He gave me all the info I needed and when I showed up a few minutes later he was right there to show me the selection and put the transaction through pronto. On one of the busiest days of the year he gave great customer service for what was a small yet crutial purchase when it came to enjoying our holiday! I guess that's why the store has been there for years.
