We also offer amazing kids birthday parties, functions and catering. Meet Scar and Goldie, NZ’s only salt water crocodiles, it’s truly exciting!       One of the coolest children's activities for little ones who love animals in Auckland by far. Butterfly Creek is home to one of the largest tropical butterfly houses in New Zealand and, whether you are young or old, it's a total must-see. There's also lots of other animals at Butterfly Creek, including life-sized dinosaurs.

        The variety of activities keeps kids busy for hours checking out the farm animals, riding on the train, checking out the butterflies and crocodiles. The cafe serves great food and caters well for larger groups.

          Wears the kids out, nice café and lots to do!

              I love this place. I took my kids when it first opened and we've been back many times even as they've gotten older. Plenty to do and something a little different :)
