Been a couple of times now and had nice burgers (I rank McDonalds as a base, then Burger King, then Carls, and then the gourmet Burger fuels etc) with great service. The only down side is they take a bit longer than others but I assume it's all done from scratch for your order. The menu is big and you can get some smaller burgers as well as some monsters.
