A regular stop for me every week, Clarks is my favourite butcher in West Auckland. With organic, free-range meat and some of the best sausages in Auckland, I love to plan my meals by what's available in Ivan's cabinet. For a special occasion or just for a tasty family Sunday lunch, the team at Clarks make amazing sausage rolls with pancetta rolled inside them. They also do free range chicken frames for my doggies at a very good price. This is an old-fashioned butcher as it should be.
On my way to work, I'll often stop by Clarks when I need to get my organic meat fix. The guys here love their meat and know everything about where their product comes from. There's always a wide selection of beef, lamb, pork and chicken in their cabinet and I love the fact that they now also have fresh, organic Harris Stock. It's one of my favourite places to visit out west because the boys are always ready with a friendly smile and lots of helpful advice. And their meat is second to none! If you're a local, show 'em a bit of support because this is just the kind of thing we need in our West Auckland hood.
This was my first visit, I though I'd try some organic meat for christmas. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff with hellos and big smiles. I bought some of their home made sausages (yum) and lamb for christmas day. All the staff were great on friendliness, advice and helpfulness. I will be going back again and again.
