A great playground for pre-schoolers, with a small train, wide slides that adults and children can go down together, balancing equipment and musical instruments. There's heaps of room for adults to sit, good fish 'n' chips nearby for an evening family park mission - and of course, the beach is right there!

Lovely reserve and night-time views into the Auckland CBD. Perfect for the family picnic or a romantic stroll.

Alright, you’ve got me, Coyle Park isn’t technically a village. But it is still at the end of Pt Chevalier road and driving down that boulevard, lined by pohutukawa trees, feels like being in small town New Zealand. The street itself is home to many small shops which are fun to explore, and not a lot beats grabbing fish and chips or an ice cream at one of the local shops then heading down to Coyle Park or Pt Chevalier Beach to pass the afternoon.

Take a break from your hectic life and have a bit of good old breathe and a stretch (all to charitable ends) in Coyle Park.  Join Sn Yogamani and bring your yoga mats outdoors into the fresh sea air, overlooking Auckland's stunning harbour. Term one Tuesday evenings (weather permitting). Look for the MYC Yoga sign board, you won't miss them! Class is open to all levels. WHEN: Tuesday 16th April 6-7pm COST: By donation

We went to the Coyle Park for a family picnic. We enjoyed the excellent views of the Auckland's harbour and a great place for children as there was a playground.

Located right around the corner from Pt Chev Beach, Coyle Park is a great place to take kids of all ages. Push littlies around in the train in the playground, or let your older ones loose on the flying fox! Lots of space for picnics and kicking a ball around too - all with a great view of Auckland's harbour.
