Great community. Great coaches. Second home.

good, flexible hours. always work out here

Great work out place. Would definitely recommend!

Finally!  A fitness venue that will give you motivation every day to keep working and gets you your results.

If you’re looking for something to keep you interested and motivated, challenged and excited about exercising, CrossFit Auckland is the place to be. Over the years I’ve learned that I prefer group workouts but step or boxing classes at my old gym just weren’t keeping me interested… or fit. I’m so glad I took a chance and tried out a free Saturday morning session at CFAK … what a revelation! I have since become a full member at the club, and taken part in the eight week I Am CrossFit development programme. As my fitness and strength have increased the workouts have become easier to complete, but they are never boring or any less challenging. I sleep better, I wake feeling rested and motivated, and I look forward to getting out of bed to head to the morning WODs. The highlights which keep me, and others, coming back time and time again are the support and encouragement from CrossFit Auckland coaches and owners, Lisa and Alex, and other club members taking part in the training, the laughs we have in the CF Women only sessions, the variety of activities in the XLR8 outdoor sessions, and the ‘added extras’ of the I Am CrossFit programme and other workshops and clinics that are regularly offered. Give it a try, I think you’ll love it!

Thank you Suz for your vote of confidence. We are stoked with your ongoing results and dedication. We're glad to have such an awesome community of people at our club.

Absolutly the best fitness and strenght regime I have ever done!

I have been going to CrossFit for over a year. It is full of passionate, dedicated, competitive yet supportive people. Do a couple of months and you'll be hooked. If you really want to feel good about yourself or you love a challenge give it a go. Its an experience.

I spent about 12 weeks with CrossFit Auckland working with Lisa and Alex prior to a move to Dunedin in the Deep South. For me joining up with CFAK was a life changing decision, it gave me the confidence to make and commit to a couple of decisions that had been a long time in the making. The coaching of Alex and Lisa is outstanding and they really care about each and every member of the CFAK community. I spent the first four weeks undertaking the On Ramp Class which was awesome in helping me understand the fundamentals of CrossFit and indeed contributed hugley to my passing of the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate. I can't recommend doing the On Ramp Classes highly enough. From doing the On Ramp Classses I joined up as an Unlimited Member for the last eight weeks I was in Auckland and this was just awesome. I never did the same workout twice which is what makes CrossFit so damn awesome. I increased my capacity to do innumerable things in this eight week period and I began to feel so much better not just physically but mentally as well. I have never experienced such a great environment to get fit and be healthy in, you just don't get the same thing at any other type of gym and I have tried a few. I highly recommend CrossFit Auckland not just because doing CrossFit is so addictive, it is also the passion that Lisa and Alex have for their members and the fantastic community they have built around being healthy. I miss working out with Lisa, Alex and the rest of the crew due to the fact it was more than just going to the "gym"
