Curves is specially designed for women featuring a 30-minute workout and weight management plan that is fast, fun and safe. Our 30 minute workout works every major muscle group so you can burn up to 500 calories (2000 kilojoules), and we recommend only 30 minutes 3 times a week to stay healthy and reach your goals. Now with the NEW Curves Complete program you've got nothing to loose but body fat :)

I have been searching for a gym that fits my lifestyle and curves is that gym! The staff is so friendly and supportive and I alwys feel so welcomed when I arrive. I am a mum, student and I work part time so finding time to work out is hard. With curves I know Ill be in, out and feel fantastic in 30 minutes so that's why I keep coming back!

Curves on William Pickering in Albany has GOT to be the best gym I have ever gone to! The staff, atmosphere and other ladies working out make it the most motivational gym that I have ever been with. The music is always pumping and the energy is great! Would recommend to anyone and EVERYONE!! You cant beat the BEST! 

Sam and Taylor provide an ambient and friendly environment, I always feel welcome

Curves Albany has friendly staff who help and support you while you have a fabulous workout. Only 1/2 hour is needed so it's easy to fit into your day. It's nice to catch up with the other members while you keep fit.
