Although the service at Dry & Tea deserves it’s own mention, the wonder of its partner Pop Nails also needs to be shared. Imogene and Clementine offer the latest Essie nail polishes alongside raspberry lemonade, which makes me feel rather special. The ‘quick lick’ service is the best for a fast and professional paint. I was back typing work emails in 15 minutes.

            Dry and Tea accommodate men’s follicular needs as well as women’s. Based in the humming up and coming City Works Depot, it is the perfect place for a Mens Mini Groom which includes a neck, ear, eyebrow and sideburn trim at a reasonable $25 or a cut from $70 - $85.

              Great little hair salon, with a twist. Have your nails done while having your hair done, and sipping on a fruit tea. And get a blow wave done for $40!

                Dry & Tea is yet another worthy addition to the City Works stable, not only for it's superb follicular services but also for a refreshing cup of tea. There is a sumptuous sage velvet booth that I eyed up as the perfect place to sink into and try one of the many flavours of tea on offer. Choose from 7 varieties of black tea including the classic English Breakfast and Earl Grey or try the French Earl Grey - fruity with petals and slivers of fruit - or the silky and decadent Creme Brulee. Also on the menu are antioxidant-rich green teas, refreshing herbal teas, healthful white teas and fruit teas. They also have a kitchen serving salads and other treats daily so secure a sunny spot and soak up the atmosphere of this haven.
