Located at 190 Marua Road, we have been operating since 1980.  Originally started by Bill and Elaine Parsons, the business has now been handed down to Bill’s son in law and daughter Leah and Shayne Williams.  Shayne has worked with Bill at Eastern Suburbs Automotive for over 14 years and is fully qualified NZ trained mechanic and Leah has taken over from her Mum with the administration duties.

    I've been a customer for many years and I always get a great service and jobs is very well done every time. Would recommend to anyone.

      Always helpful, never pushy... They warn you of upcoming issues with your car. Always check with you and give you options before doing extra things that arise. Totally honest - not looking for more work for the sake of it but try to avoid extra costs later with preventative maintenance. Never talk down to you.

        It is nice to book your vehicle in confidence to a mechanical workshop these days, Shane shows and explains any issues with your vehicle and always has a logical solution in down to earth terms, which gave me confidence in my vehicle, and knowing my car is in safe hands. thank you Roman

          Really pleased that I dropped into Eastern Suburbs Automotive Ltd.  The job on my car was done well and in good time.  The staff has a friendly manner and are very  professional in their approach.  Will take time to explain what is wrong with the car and give you options with the costs of fixing it.  Well done Guys!  You have one happy customer who will be back again and again.
