We recently had our brand new car washed inside and out by espresso car wash in Sylvia park. It took them 2 hours and after we had picked it up we had noticed a very large scratch down the side of the car and upon looking further we discovered another scratch on the bonnet and many other swirl scratches all over the car. Further to this the car was still quite dirty in many places with it not being vacuumed well and also many dirty water drip marks every where. the owner of the car wash has said that he is not willing to fix the car and now we have to claim on our insurance and go with them to the disputes tribunial to help the insurance company recoup the costs

    dropped my car off for a clean, and wow it's like a whole new car inside! would definately recomend them and will be back again!
