I booked my car in for a WOF, at the time of the call I forgot to mention that I would be using a promotion voucher that I had purchased. When I arrived they didn't mind that I had a voucher (as some places prefer to know if you have a voucher or not when you book your vehicle in) . They were honest, they seemed trustworthy (my first time going to that shop) also polite and easy to talk to, in my case I was asking plenty of questions on how I can do some D.I.Y work on my car instead of paying someone to do it LOL got some handy tips so I was pleased :). I would recommend this place to anyone I know, even people I don't :) VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE :) Location is also convenient for those working/studying in the city.
