This is what I got

This is what I asked for

Making several reviews as it’s only letting me post 1 pic at a time

I went today and asked for a black French tip (showed a picture), they charged me $80 for a infill of acrylic nails with gel polish and French tip, the lady I had was HORRIBLE both personality wise and the way she did my nails, she refused to fix the issues I pointed out (as you can see in pictures), she kept making my fingers bleed with the machine when filing my nails and taking my previous gel polish off, she rudely spoke in another language of myself and my friend and ignored my requests, my nails look nothing like the picture I asked for there is so many lumps and uneven shaping, she’s left black marks on 2 of my nails, she made the shape of my nails look so fat and nothing like the picture I asked for. Feeling extremely ripped off and just want my money back I’m beyond embarrassed to be walking around with nails like this. Never ever going back and never recommending this place to anyone. To top it all off, their customer service is atrocious.

My go to nail place, the manager, Nine, is always so fantastic with me, they know my name, always remember what I said i'd be up to after my last visit, and always leave me with top of the line nails. I cannot comment on their waxing or lash extensions, but in the Acrylics department, I would never go anywhere else. #livingnature

Amazing massage chairs, great service and good prices. They do shellac nails, which will last for a good few weeks without chipping! You get a footspa before you manicure and they have a great selection of nail polish colours and magazines to read!

This is a great local place to treat your Mum to a little pampering for Mother’s Day! The team at Everlast Nails are so slick at what they do and are definitely at the more affordable end of the scale when thinking Mother’s Day treats!   For manicures, I would recommend paying the extra for shellac. If you have not yet discovered the wonder that is shellac, you will be amazed. It blew my mind. It dries instantly and the stuff just DOESN’T COME OFF! It is ridiculous. They set it under a light for a minute and then it is completely touch-dry and it doesn’t all chip off after a few days. Should last two or three weeks til it grows out. It is a bit tricky to remove; like you actually have to SOAK your nails in remover for, I kid you not, 10 minutes, then it will peel off, but just soak them in front of the telly and the shellac will just peel off. Don’t scrape it off, as it will damage your nails! Soak them; be patient! It’s worth it. I don’t bother with shellac for pedicures though. Not much point I reckon, as toenail polish tends to last pretty well.   They have amazing massage chairs. I recommend the ‘tapping’ setting! They will also give you a massage included in the treatment. Lots of chairs and lots of nail technicians, so it’s easy just to stroll in for a treatment. It is a really fun thing to do together too!

I have been going to these guys for pedicures for years. They do a good, thorough job. Tried an eyebrow tint today and it looks fantastic!
