Phoned the Service Department about a problem with my R1150GS.  Told to bring it in, what might be wrong from horrid to minor and the expected cost(s). Fixed in 45 minutes, including free coffee!!  Cost - not even worth thinking about. Top team with a brilliant approach. Ian
