The ladies at Fabricland are really passionate about all things crafty. You will find most things you need here. They also run courses and workshops for patch work, quilting and paverpol. Paverpol is gluey stuff you put on the fabrics to harden them and make it waterproof. I made a neat little planter from a pair of toddlers jeans. What you do is massage heaps of the paverpol into the denim. Sit your jeans (cross legged) on a log of wood for effect and stick a plant pot in the top. Voila ! One funky planter which you can use in doors or outside once the denim has dried out.
