the nurses sent to see us varied in giving good care, at one point a nurse who had been visitng us for months forgot my partners name and also yelled at us if we used the after hours number for emergency concerns when she was the one on call telling us she was sleeping. and how dare we call. A counselor named Ken broke the rule of confidence and shared things we shared with him in counseling with other people. Destroying our faith in the counseling offered there. His grief counseling later on after my partner passed away was very poor, passing judgements on my late partner and talking about what I shared with him ( the counselor) in confidence with another counselor without my permission.
