I had the best shopping experience at Farmers Albany on the weekend.  I went in to pick up some orange tights (I know!) that a friend said she had gotten from Farmers.  They are for a costume for an upcoming event and we want to be sure to have the same pair.  I had a good look around the hoisery department myself but couldn't find the one's I wanted.  I stopped a passing sales person to ask for help.  She found someone with knowledge of the department for me.  This person helped me look for the desired tights, including in the locked drawers of the display.  She then said she'd check the stores in the back.  She came back out after several minutes and appologized but said they did not have the tights I wanted.  I continued shopping throughout the store.  When I was in the perfume department, this sales girl came running up to me, clearly out of breath, with the correct tights in her hand!  She had continued searching after I'd gone an managed to find a  pair.  She then ran around the store trying to find me!  And if that wasn't enough, the tights were on sale too!  Overall, a very happy customer left Farmers Albany that day.

Went here today looking for some bed sheets. It's a very large and daunting store and is easy to get lost in but luckily the staff were able to point me in the right direction - despite it being incredibly busy. They have a fantastic range of items too!

Went in looking for a perfum as a gift. Handed the attendant a post it note with a few perfums scrawled on and she scurried off and found them all and even wrote the prices down for me. Well done for decyphering the writing!
