My son Tyler is 7 months old and the youngest child to currently be in full time care with First Steps. I was dreading returning to work and began bringing Tyler to First Steps 6 weeks prior to his start date to ensure we were both comfortable. During these visits I got to know the staff and the centre and I began to get really excited about Tyler being a part of First Steps Family. Six weeks on and we could not be happier! Tracy and the team at First Steps have been amazing. Tyler has settled in really well and is visibly excited to be dropped off each morning. I have coped well with returning to work because I get regular updates on Tyler's progress and I have great relationships with all of his caregivers. I would and do definitely recommend First Steps to any family.
