Fishbone source their amazingly fresh fish and seafood from the beautiful shores of the South Island. The fish they catch is completely sustainable which makes Fishbone my favourite place to eat fish.

    If you’re craving food your mum used to make then choose Fishbone on your next stop over in Queenstown. The owners source the fish themselves and grow their own fruit and veggies which end up on your plate. A must visit!

      Fishbone’s mantra is that we are lucky. And we really are, here in the South Island, for we are so close to such a bounty of beautiful seafood. They are absolutely stoked that it is Bluff oyster season and so too should you be! Check out their website for today’s stunning menu. I had a peek today and they are offering King Bluff battered with pickled onion mayonnaise. Devine.
