I always feel really comfortable heading in and the receptionist(s) are absolutely lovely. They never make me feel bad about not having perfect teeth or cleaning them perfectly. In my years at school I did have to go to a few other dentists at times because of the way the kids program worked and I always liked going back to the family's one more. Dental hygienists there are great  and I am not afraid to go in and get my teeth checked :)
