Love the ferries around Auckland, best way to go to Devonport/Auckland, great day out, I always take overseas visitors and they love it - the staff are always helpfula dn friednly and teh ferries always on time!

    Went on the ferry, great trip and we didn't hit any rocks whilst waving to ppl on the islands! The food prices could be lower, try peeing in a straight line in the restrooms without leaning on the walls! Challenging!

      I go to Devonport quite a lot and use Fullers to get there from downtown Auckland. It saves time, it's a nice chance to read on the way and the ferries run to scedule, unlike most bus services. There is a ferry that runs to Waiheke regularly also- and that is a lovely trip.

        I catch the Birkenhead ferry most days... Have to agree, it's an awesome way to get into town and beats facing bridge traffic every day.

        The tour included return ferry tickets, 1 1/2 hour tour of Waiheke and all day bus passes. Very good value for money, the tour was fantastic, the tour guide was amazing.... full of information.

          I has used Fullers so many times to get to and from Waiheke and Devonport.  They have really improved in the last few years their ticketing and making going through and using their services quick and easy.  They also offer a lot of other great services like party cruises and sight seeing.

            Great service in Auckland

              I went on the Waiheke Wine tour this weekend and it was absolutely brilliant. The tour guide from Fullers was lovely - really knew his wines and was a wonderful ambassador for the island. I come from the Constantia valley in Cape Town (one of the most beautiful and best wine producing areas in the world)... so I consider myself a bit of a wine buff and it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to vineyards... I was well impressed. The scenery was spectacular, the wines were amazing and it was just a great day out. Thanks Fullers :)

                Very efficient service

                  Regular ferry commuters will tell you the service is too expensive. Compared to International services this is very true. But the fullers team are always great. RWC opening night arriving at the wharf to try and catch the last boat to waiheke, there were extra barricades and lots for staff, they should have looked exhausted and harassed but they directed passengers and waited for the stragglers and delivered a good service. Well done!

                    Fullers ferries are the service you go to for transport to locations like Waiheke Island, Devenport and several other island destinations in the Hauraki Gulf. If you are stuck on where to take overseas friends, jumping on the ferry is always an excellent choice. You’d be surprised how just an hour’s ferry ride can take you somewhere that feels a world away.
