A great salon. I enjoy coming here for time out. You always leave feeling your best. The girls are friendly and you get great coffee and home baking along with lovely hair!

I have only recently discovered Fusion Salon and am so so grateful to FINALLY have found ‘my’ hairdresser. I have unfortunately been endowed with unruly hair and Tracey has been fantastic in not only completely taming it, but providing fantastic advice on styles and cuts which would suit my face and body shape, and also showing me what styles would suit me if I wanted to do something completely different should I be brave enough. Becky has also been amazing in helping me find colours that suit me whilst being a bit unique also. I love love love Fusion Salon and won’t be going anywhere else ever again! Completely recommend them.

Always exceptional service from a fab and friendly team! I have been a Fusion client since 2009 and have always been treated to thoughtful and individualised service from Tracey and Becky. They know what will work for my curls (and what won't). The consultation process is thorough and I always know that after spending a couple of hours in their care, I will leave feeling and looking revitalised. It took me a long time to find a salon that I felt I could trust with my somewhat unruly hair and I am happy to say that I have found it at Fusion - and better yet, they're out west and parking is a breeze! Highly recommended!

After a bad experience last time I had my hair done I was looking for somewhere where I could relax knowing I would be treated well. WELL, I don't need to look any further, this is a great little hair and beauty salon. The customer service is outstanding, better than I've had anywhere else. I was pampered from head to toe, there were lots of little surprises along the way that I wasn't expecting and everyone was just so friendly and welcoming. Sangeeta did a great job of my nails, I love the new colour from Tracey and Lewis gave the best head massage, not to mention the great service from when I first booked my appointment to the yummy shortbread from Becky.  I think a lot of the "name" salons could take a few pointers from Fusion. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Luckily last time I was here  I bought the March Special (a concession of 3 body wraps which include a wonderful massage and 1 vitamin C facial - talk about amazing value!!!). I have booked one a month and turned up for my first last week.  I was treated again like a special customer and had the most wonderful massage & treatment in the beauty salon.   The service here is the best.!! 

This place is my new little heaven.  I booked in for a beauty treatment followed by a hair treatment  and had the BESTEST massage ever with the bestest service ever and even a little chocolate at the end...then I went straight out and had my hair treated and straightened so I would walk out looking and feeling gorgeous. OMG they have perfected ( I'm so glad someone has at last) the art of true customer service. From the moment I walked in and was treated like a VIP.. to the little menu of complementary drinks... to the little truffle served with my coffee and the fabulous treatment I received this place has it mastered. Not as far off the beaten track as I expected.  Good parking although I don't recommend  wearing high heels down the steep driveway to the salon.   This little place has everything you might want to walk in feeling frumpy but walk out feeling fabulous.  They make everything pleasant and easy.  Fit in a beauty treatment followed by a hair style.  They even do makeup I believe. My new favourite place for a pampering.....

I'm so sad I don't live out west anymore, as this was my hidden gem hair salon! Tracey and the team do such a professional job - but they're super friendly and knowledgeable at the same time! I always knew I could trust that I would leave feeling fabulous - new colour, new cut, whatever I was after, I knew I was in good hands! I've yet to find a place that quite compares and lives up to the standards of Fusion - if possible, absolute perfection in a hair salon. I would recommend this place to anyone! I just wish I could afford the time to drive out here since moving - I miss my trips to Fusion!

I went in for my regular wrap which I got on a monthly special and discovered they have another amazing monthly special this month which I just couldnt resist. A one hour relaxing massage with free spa pedicure. ( about 1.5 hours worth of bliss) all for just $65.00. Sangeta is one of the best massagers I've ever had and she is well worth the visit.  .Add on a facial or other beauty treatment and make the most of the great value and service. After my lengthy pampering I was offered a coffee and home baking while I waited for my pretty toes to dry.  Wow.  Top service yet again.

I'll never go elsewhere ladies. You're great.
