This place is not your ordinary gym… they call themselves a "health and wellness centre" for a reason. As well as having the usual gym and group fitness facilities they also have an awesome onsite shop and cafe called Raw360. They stock the usual healthfoods, organic foods and supplements you’d expect plus they serve freshly made salads, shakes, smoothies, juices and snack… all packed with goodness of course!

Hi Jason, thanks so much for your review. Things have slightly changed here - it is now called The Wellness Hub being a one stop shop for all your health and wellbeing requirements. It has a fully equipped gym, organic food store, yoga/pilates/tai chi studio, a cafe serving healthy meals and catering to all dietary requirements, nutritionist, massage therapists (Pure Shiatsu trained), hairdresser and beautician.
