Great service. prompt and reliable. I love that i can see the driver coming and how far away he is on the app.

    I used Green Cabs when I arrived at Wellington airport. I thought it was going to cost me a lot more than your average fair. I was pleasantly surprised when I paid under what I expected too.  When returning to Wellington airport at the end of my weekend I used another, non-green, taxi service. I got out of the car feeling ripped off. It was expensive and my journey had only damaged the environment more....

      We needed to take a taxi once and we chose this company because they had a Prius. Using less fossil fuels is important to me. The driver was friendly and safe and got us to where we needed to go. He didn't have exact change so I tried to tell him to keep the change, but he insisted instead on giving us *more* change. I would definitely use Green Cabs again.

        I don't think I've ever heard of a taxi driver doing that... That's a great recommendation.

        I use Green Cabs a lot for driving around the city. My initial hesitation to call them was based on the thinking that if they were marketing themselves as 'green' therefore they must be expensive. The opposite is true - they are really competitively priced. They also have some of the nicest drivers I have met, most of whom seem really passionate and knowledgeable about their vehicles. It does make you feel a little better to be using a more environmentally friendly vehicle.
