Great selection of causal clothes plus love when they have the suits on sale for $199... You pick up some cool stuff for decent prices and the staff in there are helpful too.

Wandered in here today.  Great shop.  Staff were friendly and helpful without being hassly or overbearing - left me to it.  They have a good range of formal, smart and casual clothes for men and young men and had rackfulls on special as well.  All good quality gear too.  You'll look decent if you shop at Hallensteins - good quality for a good price.  Just what every bloke wants.  Sweet.

I regularly come into this store searching for bargains for my husband or when out shopping with my brother who likes to shop with me because "I can just sit in the changing room and you can bring me stuff to try on" (his words, not mine). On our latest shoping experience we were greeted as usual by the friendly staff and then left to look through the wide selection of clothes. The staff didn't hang over our shoulder trying to force us down a path that we didn't want to go near but they were very quick to come over when we looked like we needed help with sizes and styles. The staff are really well informed about what stock they have and when they didn't have the right size in a pair of pants we were looking at they went and found a very similar pair in the right size, which were actually better than the first ones.   They have some awesome sales too, my husband got the suit he wore to our wedding there for only $200 and that included the pants, jacket, shirt and a tie. And I bought the shirts for the groomsmen there too for only $40 per shirt - awesome value, you can't hire anything for that price.   I must say that the store layout is not stroller friendly though but nor does it need to be with the majority of their customers men who aren't usually towing children round.

Finished uni and need some nice threads for the approaching interviews? When I walked into Hallensteins I really wasn't expecting much in the way of clothes for this sort of occasion, but I was pleasantly surprised. The sales person teamed up with my mum and sister quickly finding correct sizes, having me out of there in less than 30 minutes, carrying bags and bags of flash new clothes. He made it hassle free and I can definitely say Ill be back there again.

Hallensteins has been around for many years and provides men and boys with good quality, well priced clothing which seems to last well and not look too shabby style-wise either.   Great tee's, shorts, jackets and pants.  The wool jumpers are a good buy, especially on the 2 for cheaper deals they often have.  Staff are usually very friendly in all the shops I've been in.
