Every Sunday Wellington’s waterfront becomes host to an eclectic array of food, and produce stalls. Go stock up on fruit and veg, browse the many exotic breakfast options, grab some fresh flowers, honey or a fresh juice. A great way to end your weekend, and a productive activity too!

I never knew how much I could enjoy a Sunday, religiously attend the Harbourside markets!

Now called the harbourside markets, go check it for all your fresh produce needs, with a fresh fish stall most weekends offering up good deals on some really good products. Great location and in the middle of an awesome market, go down and check it out every Sunday on the waterfront.

The Harbourside Market is a great way to wile away a sunny Sunday afternoon, especially now that the days are getting longer, lighter and warmer. It has a vast selection of homemade, artisan, organic products, as well as some of the most delicious snack foods you're likely to encounter in Wellington (local heroes Martin Bosley and Al Brown often make appearances there). As such it's a great place to take visitors to show them the best of what the capital city has to offer.

We are so lucky to have such wonderful markets in Wellington. I usually visit the Hutt markets on a Saturday morning for my fruit and veg, but any time I'm in the city on a Sunday, or have visitors staying with us, we go for a stroll at Harbourside on a Sunday morning. #shoutme

Great vibe. Affordable quality produce. Fun people !

Affordable veges and fruit, fish, dairy products, nuts, breads, and all ranges of hot/cold food to eat on the spot. The vibes and atmosphere at Harbourside Market Wellington is second to none. Check it out every Sunday morning.

Awesome place to grab fresh verges, a bite to eat and a coffee in the sunshine. Especially when it’s sunny.

If you don’t go to the market on Sunday, you’ll regret it mid-week when buying a $5 capsicum or some other ridiculously priced vegetable! Everything at the Harbourside Market is well-below supermarket prices - the only problem is deciding which of the many vendors to buy from!

The best place to buy your fresh produce! And with the money you’ve saved on groceries you can treat yourself to something from one of the many food stalls that pop up every Sunday on the water front. Great food and great vibes. A good cure for a hangover too!
