Old world grandeur and one of the last remaining Edwardian-era buildings left standing after the 1931 Hawke’s Bay Earthquake. Not only is she pretty good to look at, but the food is superb too. The only downside is you will need to befriend a member, or create a function to dine on Design Cuisine and chef Andrew Poppelwell’s famous fare.
