Was a bit hard to get hold of the Heat Pump Cleaning co to arrange an appointment, looks like they call you back in the evening (which would be pretty good for most people). From there on was great, appointment was made for a few days later, showed up on time and we left Matthew to get on with the job. Once finished he left us with a clean & maintenance certificate andadvised they would send us a reminder for our next service in 12 months time. Happy with the result, heat pump is running quiter and we no longer have dusty bits.
