Hospice Shop - Te Atatu

I love the friendly volunteers in this shop. I love wandering through and finding my treasures. A little more upmarket than some other shops and prices are very very reasonable. Shelves are being stocked all the time. At the end of the day its all going to a good cause.

Just went in here today and was very happy to find they have a half price sale on all clothing.  The sale lasts until Saturday if you're reading this before then.  I managed to get a lovely designer skirt $11.50 instead of $23 (this was probably one of the most expensive items in the shop) and a few other bargains.  Love those half price sales!  My whole bag cost the same as the skirt alone would normally have cost.

This is the West Auckland Hospice's most "upmarket" shop.  They are fairly selective in what they stock and have a pretty quick turnover of their items.  You can nearly always find something you like at a reasonable price.  The staff are always friendly too.

The hospice shops seem to making themselves more "up market" and only having a selection of the finest things in their stores. I think it is great, as you know everything is good quality and latest fashion. It does mean that everything is quite new. I always like to rifle through and find treasures and old things too, and you won't necessarily find that at this shop- as it is like that has been done for you! But it's a great cause and you can look very good for cheap at Te Atatu Hospice shop!
