Great Staff. Always personalised advice to the customers quality over cost to satisfy the customers purchase. always go in with an idea of what i want to buy but leave with more than i expected. lots of goods. low price. always a reliable store. Never would shop anywhere else for technological goods

Came here to buy a laptop bag for uni. Was a bit difficult to find with so much stock available & not knowing which section had what products. Very hard to get a salesperson because they were all flat out busy with other customers. Good service at counter though!

A huge store with a wide range of electronic type products for sale. The staff there are professional and helpful showing a range of products. They were helpful and patient. When I looked at products they discussed with me the best options without pushing anything on me. When I made a choice the staff member offered to get all the pieces for me whilst I went and paid for my purchases.There were a range of products available all under one roof CDs, DVDs, Blue ray, stereos, TV's cameras and so much more. The prices were really reasonable and there was a security guard. (although he was up a ladder during my duration there). Overall a great place for a range of items and great staff. An awesome shop

This is an amazing place to go not only for it's huge range of products from headsets to games, to CD and DVD. But also for the prices, it seems to be the cheapest place to go for all of the above! AND they will price match!

The staff at JB are always friendly and down to help you if you ever need anything. They really know their stuff, which is great, since they have experts for stuff like car audio to gaming. Really awesome if you have some harder questions as they can answer it no problems. They also have a very wide selection of audio CDs which you can quite literally spend hours browsing! I highly recommend this place!

JB Hi-fi provides an amazing range of everything electrical for low prices. The store is laid out in such a way that it is extremely easy to find what you want and continue on. The displays for nearly every item show exactly what you're buying and is a great feature for the store. The range of games Jb Hi-Fi is amazing and this store would be any gamers one stop shop.

JB Hi-Fi Albany is the first stop for games and movies in Albany because it has the largest amount by far! Choice is never ending and quality is outstanding. Staff are only too willing to help. Prices are fair and compete with other local businesses.
