Such a great green store with an amazing cafe. Funky place to enjoy great food while planning what plants to buy. Love that there is the option of outdoor or indoor seating.

This place sure got me going. I could start with the cakes and delicious lunches, excellent value as I was full until bedtime. Then the plants. They're all there. I love the vibe of the thing. Highly endorsed.

Kings Plant Barn cafe in Henderson is lovely. Great coffee with a cool atmosphere and trendy decor. The staff are always friendly and polite. You can tell it's good because it's always busy but there are plenty of seating with indoor and outdoor options and a cool hang out area with couch and magazines. It's also great that you can check out the plants while you're waiting and that adds to the atmosphere. Cool teacups and saucers etc too.

#cafetab Kings Plant Barn Cafe is lovely and inviting. They have all day brunch and everything on the menu is served with a special touch. The coffee is great. And this is a great spot as the cafe is situated to the side of the plant barn so you are surrounded by beautiful plants and on a sunny day you can find a spot outside and enjoy your coffee and brunch soaking up the sun. The staff are friendly and there is nothing not to like about this cafe! :) my fav is the Eggs Benedict and if you feel like something sweet their salted caramel slice is very nice!

Awesome Shop #darkhorse

Popped in here today to check out the new plant barn (local to us which is great) and was so impressed. They have obviously thought about their space very well so its light and well laid out. We had lunch at the cafe- the staff were friendly, the food yummy and the coffee great. Will be happily going back here when I can and hopefully they are able to maintain how nice it is at the moment in the long term.

Well, having now been to Kings Plant Barn three times in four days (we have hungry caterpillars and they are chewing through a massive amount of swan plant leaves), I can review the cafe.  I took my two year old there for morning tea today.  Lovely ambience and friendly service.  The food was really great too.  We had a savoury muffin and a slice of lemon tart.  Both really fresh and yummy!  I loved my cup of tea - it came in a vintage cup and saucer, with a really cute wee bottle of milk.  And a stainless steel teapot.  My two year old had a delicious blueberry smoothie (I know cause I got to drink half of it when she decided she wanted to go and explore the garden centre).

I noticed the other week that this place was nearing completion.  It's great for us westies to have an easily accessible garden centre.  We popped in today and it's lovely.  Even if you're not into gardening, they have a lovely gift area.  At the moment there are some gorgeous Christmas display items.  The car park was pretty much full today and they don't even have their official opening until tomorrow.  They have some good specials - we managed to buy what we needed for half price.  The cafe also looks great, though was so popular that they had sold out of a lot of items.  We'll have to go earlier next time, as I'm very keen to try it (as obviously are lots of others, considering how busy it was).  It's a lovely light, modern area and the menu looked pretty good.
