This is probably one of our closest garden centres to visit. They have a reasonable range of plants, trees, pots, plant care items etc. They also have a gift section which has some nice gifts - great for grandmothers, mother-in-laws etc. Their plants are generally good quality though. Their prices aren't the cheapest around, but reflective of the quality. It's a nice place to browse. They also have a club you can join which gives you points and access to sale items earlier than the general public. It's free to join.
The cafe is good, really like the slices - but that maybe should be written about in another rave. The reusing/recycling of the plastic pots rocks. The seasonal selection of plants is awesome. And I'd give it a 5 star rating, only if the seed selection was better. Oh wait I did give it 5 stars - Again it's staff who win the day. They are helpful and knowledgeable - they laugh at my dumb questions and point me in the right direction. Learn what the locals around here know - this is a bloody good garden center.
The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help with advice as to what plants would suit your needs. They do run out of specific plants from time to time as I guess they're servicing a lot of customers. Great place to pick up presents and a cafe there if you're parched. Handy location and lots of parking. There's often fresh fruit for sale their too.
