Koji Restaurant

I was intrigued to try a new japanese restaurant other then the ones in central. So when I came a cross this, I had to try it. It’s located upstairs on teed st just off broadway and I must say the food is quite nice. I ordered the dinner box which was filling enough for me. But for anyone who is starving, I suggest u get the dinner set! The place is cosy and the service is friendly. I was only slightly disappointed that they ran out of green tea ice cream!

Went here for dinner on Friday night. Really lovely place– beautifully decorated, the waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious. I got the salmon and avocado sushi roll, which was beautifully fresh tasting and enough for me as a meal. My friend got the sashimi donburi which she really enjoyed, particularly as there was a generous servings of both the sashimi and the salady part. We will both be back.

Great sushi and boxes for lunch in Newmarket. I haven’t been for dinner but I will do.

Not a lot of people in Newmarket know Koji exist as it's tucked away upstairs just around the corner from Teed Street. Koji is a classy Japanese cuisine establishment that's been around many years and serve delicate, Japanese cuisine.  If you're after something a little different in Newmarket that isn't Chinese or Thai, give Koji ago. I would recommend it highly. 

A hidden gem, two doors off Broadway, upstairs above Teed St. Delicious authentic Japanese meals to suit all budget levels. Watch your mouth on the gyoza!
