Located in an old grain silo underneath Queen St, Kura is a Japanese restaurant that serves up beautiful fusion. Get amongst the Agedashi tofu, the broccoli and their sashimi. And don’t mess around with driving - call an Uber so you can indulge in as many of their 25 speciality sakes on the drinks menu.

Non pretentious establishment. Great for date or pre show dinner. Soft shell crab is a must!!

Great sake. And delicious Japanese tastyness mmm mmm. Fun with friends!

Good selection of food and sake, good for a bigger group.

How can you resist? Delicious good that is always light but worth the taste and flavours. Quaint little place which makes you feel like your living in Japan.

Two words Agedashi Tofu, Its my absolute favourite when visiting one of my favourite Japanesse restaurants in town- Kura.

Forget Tanuki’s, this is my new go-to for Japanese in town. Great food, great interiors with real kimono and kabuki masks!

Great place. Yum Yum!!

Had my first taste of sake here. In true Japanese style we were seated at a low table and had to take off our shoes. The food was astoundingly good and the venue is perfect.
