Best way to spend a morning!!!

Great atmosphere....French home cooking.

Fresh pastries,Fruit and Veges and freshly smoked salmon also bahn mi vietnamese style rolls delicious

Anything that involves cheese is good. When there is cheese on a date this is super good. These markets are amazing, there’s fresh food from sausages, vegetables, a special market café, bread…. everything that your average food addict loves. For me, as a carb lover, this place is heaven. It’s also nice to come here to pretend you are classy and swanky when really you are hungover from Friday or Saturday night antics and need to get some fresh air. Best not to be hungover for your market date though…. These markets are on Saturday and Sunday mornings so you’ve got enough time during the week to think up an elaborate date plan for after the markets to extend the amazingness of said date.

Delicious fresh French tasty treats, and great coffee or smoothie action too!

I wake up on a Sunday and wander from Auckland to France….what’s not to love?

Very romantic casual way to start a day out, these markets are on most Sundays, double check it’s on before you go. Great food, coffee, cheeses etc.

There’s always such a great vibe here, and so much delicious food it makes it hard to choose! Cash out before you go.

Great place to find quality food

The smell of La Cigale, Parnell’s French style market, is what hits you first upon arrival. It’s a wonderful concoction of organic fruit and vegetables, freshly roasted coffee and mouthwatering food cooking. With an emphasis on being organic, the produce is all locally grown. Along with this there is a wide variety of artisan bread, cheese, preserves and hot food. If you’re in the mood for nibbling on something I’d recommend the freshly made paella or perhaps a hot rotisserie chicken to take away!
